 We estimate that your goods will be delivered to you within 7-10 days however it is often much quicker.


 


Boutique ranges may take up to 14 working days to dispatch.


 


Please allow the full 14 days before contacting us to chase up any goods which have not arrived.

Here at Grubby Hands source all of our stock from Trusted UK suppliers.  

All of our stock is UK chainstore overstock or from Trusted Uk suppliers so is of the highest quality. We make sure that we use only the best quality products and everything is checked before being dispatched. 


We have also recently added some boutique ranges to our website. These are of the highest quality and have all won awards for their items.

We have a 14 day returns policy. Goods must be unused and returned to us unworn, and in the original packaging, with any labels intact. You will be responsible for your own postage costs.

 We now offer a payment plan facility. You can choose your items and only pay a non refundable deposit of 25% at the checkout and spread the rest of the cost over the space of a month. You will receive reminders to pay 7 days and 3 days before the balance is due.


If balance is not paid in time unfortunately you will lose both your money and the order.
